She is definately not a baby anymore.

I cannot believe that 2 years have already gone by. It seems like yesterday when I delivered her on a cool Monday evening at 7:57pm. I loved her from the very first moment I held her. To be honest, I think I loved her from the first time I listened to her heart beat when she was just a few weeks old in my body. Words cannot begin describe how much I love her. She had really changed over time. Physically, emotionally and her personality too. I sometimes see a lot of myself and her daddy in her personality. She is the darling of my heart and there is so much about her that I just adore. I love her little hands and feet.

I love her smile and her eyes. I love her color and height. I love the way she talks and expresses herself. I love that she loves to dance and sing. I love that she loves Elmo and her bear, Fluttin. I love that she can count 1 to 10 in both English and Kiswahili. I love that she closes her eyes sometimes when she prays. I love that she calls me mommy. I love that she loves hugs and kisses. I love that she is tom boyish. I love her curiosity and drive. I love that she loves snow.

Maybe I am a tad biased but I think she is way advanced for her age. I could not have prayed for a better daughter and I am so glad God chose me to be your mommy.

Always remember you are beautiful, you are precious, you are loved and you are Christ's.
Happy Birthday Sweet Girl. You rock mom and dad's world!
